Maintenance Department Maintenance Technician position working in a food manufacturing environment. Shift: Day and/or night position required. Schedule: 40 hours work week, overtime may be required. Starting Wage: DOE Permanent Position Location: Stockton, California Essential duties and Responsibilities may include: ˇ Knowledge of laying out and installing conduit, pulling wires, installing and/or troubleshooting single and three phase electrical equipment. ˇ TIG stainless steel welding. ˇ Maintaining detailed service and preventative maintenance logs ˇ Servicing and maintaining receiving, conveying, cutting, sizing, sorting, filling, lidding, packaging, metal detectors, case formers, case packers, ink applicators, taping machines, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. ˇ Complying with all GMP, Food Safety, and work rules. ˇ Maintaining production equipment, and insure continued productivity throughout the shift, and notify line leaders and maintenance personnel of equipment problems. ˇOther duties as required.
