Perform administrative and personal duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include personal and business errands, training other staff members and customer relations. The job also calls for flexability, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff. Job Duties Answer and screen telephone calls Schedule meetings and appointments Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing Arrange and coordinate travel and reservations. Run errands personal and business related Qualifications and Experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software, most specifically Word and Excel Type 35+ Words Per Minute High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid CA Drivers License Previous experience working with phones a plus Must Haves Excellent phone personality Strong oral and written communications skills Strong organizational ability Excellent attention to detail Professional presentation High-energy self starter Able to learn new skills quickly and accurately |
